Terms of service

1. The free trial lasts for the period shown at sign-up. After it ends, data collection pauses until a plan is chosen.
2. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; service continues to the end of the paid period.
3. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for analytics on your website, including any consent required, and for telling your visitors in your privacy notice.
4. You must not use the service to collect special category data, passwords or payment card data.
5. We process visitor data on your behalf under our data processing agreement.
6. Usage above your plan's limits may be sampled or paused; we will email you before this happens.
